AMC Outdoors magazine design

As an independent art director for the Pohly Company, Kennard Design worked with the Appalachian Mountain Club to design their 80-page, bimonthly member magazine: AMC Outdoors. Design work on each issue included the layout of two or three main feature stories and the front-of-book departments as well as image retouching and pre-press preparation.

Appalachian Mountain Club is the nation’s oldest outdoor recreation and conservation organization.
